1. Service description

Laup provides an AI visibility scanning tool that analyzes how AI systems read and understand your publicly accessible website content. The service includes AI readiness scoring, technical analysis (robots.txt, sitemaps, schema markup, content visibility), and AI-generated assessments with recommendations.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for businesses. A business email address is required to create an account. Free email providers (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Only scan websites you are authorized to analyze (typically your own).
• Do not abuse the scanner (excessive automated requests, attempting to scan internal/private addresses).

4. What we scan

Our scanner analyzes publicly accessible website content only. We do not access password-protected pages, private APIs, or internal systems. The data we analyze (HTML, robots.txt, sitemaps, schema markup) is the same data that any web browser or search engine crawler can access.

5. Accuracy

AI readiness scores are based on sampling and automated analysis. They provide a directional assessment, not a guarantee. Scores may vary between scans as website content changes. Recommendations are AI-generated and should be evaluated by qualified professionals before implementation.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity that harms other users or our infrastructure.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Laup is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: decisions made based on scan results, changes to your website based on recommendations, or temporary unavailability of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
